Contoured Lines Painting (“CLP”) wants all of our painters to experience the impressive level of professionalism when ordering Artwork. You can trust us to supply you with the best customized painting pieces, as well as top quality customer service. Should there be a circumstance warranting a Refund of Exchange CLP will respond promptly with options to provide a smooth and stress free refund/exchange.
Contoured Lines Painting will accept, for return or exchange, Artwork that are in new condition, unaltered and free of damages by the customer up to 30 days after the sale date on the invoice. To receive a full refund Artwork must be mailed to PO Box 1189, Windermere, Fl 34786 in the original/similar packaging to prevent shipping damages.
Customer must provide an email to ticole@contouredlinespainting.com prior to mailing original for refund/exchange.
Customer must provide a Picture of Artwork and invoice within the return package.
Contoured Lines Painting will send an acknowledgment email and photograph of returned items upon receipt of the Artwork.
Contoured Lines Painting will not refund/exchange without receipt of original Artwork back in the CLP studio.
If exchange is desired; CLP will provide the new Artwork within 14 days of the returned original.
As every Artwork request will vary; we at CLP will work with the customer to resolve any concerns tactfully.
